    Food Science

    Food Science is a machine learning project by Ilan Moscovitz,
    data scientist and amateur chef.

    Ever since I began cooking and experimenting with food
    two decades ago, two questions have kept cropping up:
    How can I combine flavors in new and interesting ways? -- and
    What the heck am I going to make for dinner tonight?

    Food Science is a tool I invented to help myself and my friends answer these questions. It blends a number of AI strategies, including NLP techniques, supervised and unsupervised learning, and fuzzy- and heuristic-based search -- to capture culinary meaning and so suggest cooking ideas that are both convenient and intriguing.
